Talking about Wanawatu, the word “wana” and “watu” comes from Sanskrit which means “forest” and “stone”. It’s refers to our location on the top of a stone hill in Sumberwatu and used to surround by the forest.

Wanawatu restaurant is a perfect spot to chill with friends and family, with beautiful views of Merapi Volcano and the remains of ancient Mataram Kingdom such as Prambanan Temple and Sojiwan Temple. The mediterranean concept in architecture & interior will makes you feel like you’re on vacation.
